No. Currently, there is no adapter for the Mockingbird car seat that works with Doona car seats. 

Do Diono car seats fit Mockingbird?

No. At this time, Diono car seats do not work with Mockingbird strollers at this time. The company encourages parents to reach out, however, since they are always developing new technology.
